Position Summary

As a part of LINE Indonesia Marketing team, you will shape the future of LINE's communication in Indonesia. LINE has been known for producing campaigns that are not only great but also effective in terms of business. It will be your inspiration to bring inspiration and inspiration to you. 


Responsibilities

  • Understanding the market's needs and insights
  • To be able to see the dynamic of trends, to understand the competitors and competition, and propose an approach to win the market
  • Conceptual, planning, developing, and executing marketing programs that are aligned with the company's goal and is measurable in terms of ROI
  • Overseeing the campaign's implementation and to work seamlessly with our agencies (media, digital, etc)
  • Work with service team and shape, improve, and launch our feature / service and form future marketing strategy
  • Work with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate communications, webmasters, service development, engineering, and more
  • Liaise with partners on co-marketing initiatives, and work with external agencies on creativity and event-based projects
  • Drive engagements with key retailers, mobile operators, and many more
  • Be the steward of LINE services and brand in Indonesia, educating and guiding our partners & team

Qualifications

  • +3 years experience in marketing / agency (creative / account / strategic planning), preferably in international company 
  • Strong understanding of the IT, telecommunication, or mobile application business
  • Strong understanding in overall scale of marketing activity, including strategic planning, digital industry, advertising, and media
  • Good network in marketing field and the overall business
  • Strong cross-functional and project management skills  
  • Graduate from reputable university, preferably in Marketing 
  • Experienced in working with different background 
  • Knowledge of LINE services and platform is a must
  • Is able to generate ideas independently and inside a team
  • Digital native that familiar with tech landscape & market trends in Indonesia
  • Preferred strategic planner at wellknown Creative Agency, Brand Manager at FMCG/Telco/Devices
  • Experience in managing ATL, BTL, Digital

Technical 
  • Exceptional analytical skill
  • Good project management skill 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good presentation and business consultation skill
  • Good negotiation skill
  • Excellent understanding of English language
  • Exceptional understanding of proper usage of Bahasa Indonesia
