Annual Revenue planning for the whole company & for each product; Make special events / microsites to build special selling points.
Understand & shape the company’s revenue strategy/mission; Assess the company’s Revenue operational & strategic performance;
Collaborate constructively with Sales, Operations & Product teams to produce the most effective strategic and tactical integrated campaigns for clients;
Assist Sales teams to prepare proposals (include understand clients need, good at organizing the proposals, pitching directly…); Ensure the practices of the proposals & creative briefs consistent with overall strategies;
Develop insights, leading cultural trends, inspiring and driving integrated ideas.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience as a Strategic Planner or Business Consultant;
Understanding of market research & data analysis;
Knowledge of business operations & procedures;
Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities;
Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude;
Organizational & leadership skills;
Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese & English.
