 IT Support Manager

[Position Summary]

The primary responsibility of IT Support Manager will be the management of day-to-day IT end-user support in the company. He/she will provide technical assistance to end-users concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including office applications, operating systems, printing, hardware installation, video conference and VOIP systems.


  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues
  • Maintain the IT Asset Management System ensuring that all assets are recorded and updated/removed when required
  • OS installation (windows/mac) on laptops and desktop PC, including application on mobile (iOS/Android)
  • Control and manage access card system
  • Support users for video conference and IP Phone system
  • Coordinate with Headquarters for support network issues and security policy
  • Purchase and make payments of IT equipment in order to provide adequate assets in time
  • In charge of CCTV system, Air-conditioning system management in server room
  • Investigate basic problems and cooperate with vendors in order to solve the problems related to the troubleshooting issue
  • Train newcomers on IT system
  • Update employees’ information on IT system and keep track of IT problems (if any)
  • Review and revise employees’ leave information system
  • Management /administration and extension of IT service and IT system maintenance contract according to regulations/provision and decision from Headquarters
  • Follow Global Guideline in order to perform in the same direction as other subsidiaries in overseas regarding the assignment from Headquarters
  • Submit weekly report to Headquarters, weekly meeting with IT HQ to exchange problems occurred in each country


  • Age not over 35 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related fields
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT admin/support or relevant field
  • Knowledge in Computer Hardware, Operating System and Network
  • Knowledge in IP Phone system, Telepresence and IPScan (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and service-minded
  • Ability to maintain a fast speed of service
  • Good command of written and verbal English
  • Experience with Apple products (is a must)
  • Experience providing IT support to +300 end-users (preferred)
