IT Support & General Administration (Contract 1 year) 

 

Position Summary

The primary responsibility of this position will be the management of day-to-day IT end-user support in the company. Provide technical assistance to end-users concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including office applications, operating systems, printing, hardware installation, video conference and VOIP systems.


Responsibilities

• Install and config computer hardware operating systems (windows/mac) and applications (iOS/android)
• Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Maintain the IT Asset Management System ensuring that all assets are recorded and updated/removed when required
• Control and manage access card system
• Support users for video conference and IP Phone system
• Coordinate with Headquarters for support network issues and security policy
• Setup new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
• Create purchase requisitions for IT hardware/software
• Support office activities, event organization, employees’ events


Qualifications

• Age 30+ years old
• Bachelor degree in IT related fields
• 5+ experiences in IT admin/support or relevant
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware, Operating System and Network 
• Knowledge of IP Phone system, Telepresence, Polycom and IPScan (preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• High responsible and able to work under pressure
• Able to communicate in English
• Familiar with Mac is preferable
