Business Solutions Manager / Senior Manager (B2B Sales)
- Build sustainable relationships with clients and agency partners (both new & existing).
- Consistently analyzing and understanding thoroughly of clients’ business and propose compelling innovative solutions that help clients win (e.g. Official Account, Sponsored Stickers, Business Connect, LINE Beacon, LINE TV, LINE Today, LINE Points and other new ads products).
- Drive LINE business growth and achieve individual revenue target.
- Develop and use business insights to support sales pitches.
- Coordinate efficiently with sales operation and product specialist team to deliver the top satisfactory service to clients (and media agencies) also involving in evolution of products and solutions by providing valuable market feedback
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience .
- 8+ years of relevant experience in consultative sales or client servicing in top-tier companies in the fields of digital marketing solutions, digital media, mobile platform solutions.
- Excellent social skills in building win-win relationships with clients and media agencies at all levels (including C-Levels).
- Ability / experience in managing sales pipeline, sales strategy planning and execution.
- Strong analytic skill, presentation skill and negotiation skill.
- “CAN-DO” attitude, strong passion for sales, result oriented, team player. Able to work under pressure with tight timeline and limited resources.
- Language ability: Thai (Native level) and English (Fluent level)
- Knowledge and passion for LINE services.
- Selling or marketing experience in any of these fields; finance, banking, insurance, retail, e-commerce, travel or FMCG.
- Fully understanding of digital advertising landscape and mobile trends.
- Having strong network of B2B corporates and digital agencies in Thailand
