Position Summary
LINE is opening an internship position in our Customer Care team who will be working alongside with global counterparts to engage in managing the service and care for users in Indonesia. Responsibilities
- Monitor & check content moderation team performance 
- Conduct quality assurance in daily basis
- Able to verify report from outsourcing vendor 
- Prepare content moderation report in weekly basis
- Help ID Customer care in solving escalated tickets

Qualifications
- Final year/ recent graduates from reputable university
- Fully available during 3-month internship period
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Quick learner, analytic and logical thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or other relevant software application
