Position Summary
LINE is opening full-time position as IT Support Manager in Business Support team, working alongside with our global team to support the growth of LINE Indonesia. Responsibilities
Manage IT equipment, vendors, IT budgeting, and regular IT-related office expenditure
- Maintain LAN, network status, and ISP contracts
- Contribute to improve local IT Management Process on wiki page
- Co-work with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and relocation of new or existing employee
- Maintain server room (cabling, space, and network devices)
- Support local IT operations, including troubleshooting for employees, IT manuals and documentation, and rental device management
- Register and update company's asset list in NEON system and do regular actual inventory check


Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or another IT-related subject
- Min. 5 years of working experience in IT Management role
- Comfortable working with UNIX and MS-DOS command line interface
- Ability to write bash, shell, or batch script- Ability to code in Python is preferable
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong belief in proactive rather than reactive approach to handling problems and partner relationships
- Excellent (verbal and written) communication skills in Indonesian and English
