LINE Pay - Customer Service Specialist

[Responsibilities]

-  Mainly in charge of LINE Pay merchant inquiry handling

-  Communicate internally with other teams to help on dealing with (Merchants') issue

-  Co-work very closely with Sales and Merchant planning teams to improve 

-  Contact Merchants directly if necessary

-  Collect and feedback Merchant VOC regularly and timely   


[Qualifications]

-  Good communication skill with customers

-  Service operation or call center operation experience.

-  Compliant handling skill.

-  Merchant management skill is plus.

-  Good capability in statistics, analysis is also very important.

 

[Language] 

-  Good spoken, written and listen English and Chinese communication skill.

-  Good spoken, written and listen Korean is plus.
