Responsibilities

Identify, develop, negotiate, and manage strategic/tactical partnerships for recruitment and job posting data partnerships

​Constantly develop and propose localized services and business strategies based on analytics and research

Actively find and provide solutions for data management complications 

Lead, supervise, and motivate data collection team

Manage consistent data quality

Keep track of related industry and business trends in Indonesia​

 

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

3-5 years of working experience in IT industry as data manager or business development manager

​Expertise in negotiating partnerships

Knowledge of user/marketing data analysis

Aggressive mindset for growth

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a strong focus on target KPI achievement

Strong belief in proactive rather than reactive approach to handling problems and partner relationships

Excellent (verbal and written) communication skills in Indonesian and English

Keen interest in recruitment and human capital industry in Indonesia

Experience in online HR or recruiting industry preferred

Good team player
