What You Will Do @ LINE
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets, product and customer needs.
- Optimize company product category to address or predict clients’ objectives
- Design business plans which will deliver sales and market share objectives and help customers to develop programs which will build the business for them and for us.
- Develop sales team: quality and quantity to adapt with company’s growth.
- Leads selling & business development in brand/category program, projects along with company strategy.
- Develop and enhance long term partnership with key accounts.
What To Bring
- 8+ years experience in sales management with
- Market knowledge
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- English communication skills
- Ability to work independently, proactively to find solutions and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial or equivalent professional experience.
