POSITION SUMMARY:

Leads inventory management, analysis activities and staff in a given market. The position may have primary leadership responsibilities on setting sales and revenue strategies. Develops and/or uses analytical tools and systems to maximize revenues and profit. Position is accountable for preparing forecasts, budgets and projections.

·         10+ years in a Head of Revenue position (Experience in Media/Advertising/ Promotion)

·         Solid experience in online media industry.

·         Must come with experience of directly managing, recruiting and developing a sales team.

·         Significant experience in structuring and negotiating deals. Such experience within the digital media space – a great advantage.

·         Experience mentoring sales team and paving the way for them to excellent performance.

·         Technologically Savvy – the ability to learn what is needed to support deal’s successful implementation and optimization.



JOB DESCRIPTION:

Head of Revenue will be responsible and commitment about revenue target with Board of Director. Work to maximize sales and meet targets.

 

Forecast Yearly, quarterly, monthly revenue target to BOD.

 

Formulate and strategic direction of the company product, sales product that increases revenue and aligns with the company's business objectives.
