HR Business Partner


[Responsibilities]

• Report to the Director of Human Resources and General Administration

• Lead, implement, and support all HR & GA activities, including but not limited to (1) Strategic & Hands on Recruitment, (2) Compensation & Benefits Management & Design, (3) Headcount Planning, (4) People Development, (5) Career Roadmap, (6) Employee Engagement, (7) Exit Interview, (8) Employee Opinion Survey, (9) HR Information System and General Administration, etc.

• Partner with Business Leads for employee insight, organization design, career consultation, career development, and proactively retain talents

• Provide counseling and advice for Leads and all employees

Implement HR & GA Project as assigned

• Bring high level of creativity & out-of-the-box mind set to all HR & GA projects and initiatives.


[Qualifications]

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources

• Specialize or expertise in any Human Resources function

• Handling fast growing business or familiar with start-up environment

• Experience with Tech industry is a plus

• Proficiency in both Thai (native level) and English (business level)
