Receptionist and Administration (1-year Contract)



• Handling external customers and internal employees

• Handling and greeting visitors, visitor access card for overseas office visitors

• Handling employee access card

• Handling mailing services, courier and office messenger

• Coordinate with Building Customer Services and Security team

• Managing stock and ordering daily products 

• Handling administration tasks such as Restaurant booking, Printing and Binding etc.

• Handling HR tasks and other tasks as assigned

• Other related ad hoc administration tasks assigned by manager


• Bachelor Degree in any field

• Age 25-28 years

• Good looking, Service-minded, Customer-oriented, Can-do attitude

• Able to work under pressure

• Hard working, healthy, perfect attendance, dedicated, and can-do attitude

• Native Thai and Fluent English communication skills
