Job Description<o:p></o:p>

Service Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and creating innovative yet relevant marketing campaign for our new as well as our loyal users, initiating and executing user acquisitions plan using different, marketing contents and techniques, posting contents on various channels, measuring the effectiveness of the content and marketing activities, controlling cost and budget. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for exploring business development opportunities with various partners.<o:p></o:p>



- Responsible for marketing strategy & planning, operation, analysis against cost control standards and achieve target KPI<o:p></o:p>

- Develop marketing campaign, promotion, advertising product<o:p></o:p>

- Analyze and evaluate marketing performance, market trends & insight and competitors activity to identify market opportunities<o:p></o:p>

- Set up processes to improve efficiency and ensure alignment with key stakeholders<o:p></o:p>



- Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience<o:p></o:p>

- In-depth knowledge marketing strategy and planning, performance analysis and o2o business<o:p></o:p>

- Integrated marketing mindset with the ability to provide cross-platform strategy between offline and online, and brand vs performance advertising<o:p></o:p>

- Fluent in English and Thai and having good excel & PowerPoint skills<o:p></o:p>

- Experience working with multi-cultural team across different geographies<o:p></o:p>
