Position Summary
LINE is opening full-time position as Customer Care Assistant Manager in Business Support team to handle the customer service (CS) quality assurance, working alongside with our global team to support the growth of LINE Indonesia. Responsibilities
- Ensure CS Quality Assurance by checking the answers given to users by tier 1 operators
- Handle escalated cases and customer complaints, and provide resolutions in a timely manner
- Set up and lead CS/content moderation team
- Build and Set up CS KPI/SLA and ensure all the KPI’s/ SLA’s achieved
- Able to complete special projects and/or other tasks as assigned


Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
- 4-7 years of experiences in customer service operation in e-commerce or tech platform as assistant manager or manager
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Quick learner, analytic and logical thinking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or other relevant software application 
- Customer service oriented mind and can-do attitude
